Goals & Challenges

EasyGreen is Denmark’s leading actor within energy optimization for Danish households. They provide solar panel installations, heat pump solutions, and charging station solutions for both B2C and B2B.

EasyGreen’s main challenge lay in their long lead time, due to their expensive solutions, which often fall into the segment above 150,000 DKK. The product requires both technical expertise and enormous credibility to sell in that price category. This also entails a digital customer journey with an incredibly high number of touchpoints and significant competition from competitors fighting for the same solution.

EasyGreen’s goal is to generate enough qualified leads on a daily basis for their sales department of over 20 people and to have an incredibly agile collaboration with an external partner in case of low contact rates and/or shortage/abundance of leads.

The solution:

Up qualifications in pre- & post customer journey.

Automatic qualification before sales calls

In collaboration with EasyGreen, we have designed and executed a comprehensive pre- and post-customer journey setup in Mailchimp and Close.io. Particularly, the qualification process starts with pre-qualification via SMS marketing before dialogue, followed by an extensive ‘Offer Sent’ flow with customer stories, savings, etc., after their sales department has sent an offer. All of this is fully automated through our comprehensive email setup.

Our email setup, along with daily dialogue with their sales department/CMO, has been the link between our lead acquisition generated through Meta and Google Ads.

Lead-Magnet x Custom landingpages

In our digital procurement, we quickly discovered that especially our Meta setup could generate lead prices below 100 kr. each and with a value of over 150,000 kr. However, through close dialogue with the sales team, we chose to focus on website leads through a ‘Lead-magnet’ to ensure the highest conversion rate in our digital customer journey.

Our ‘Lead-magnet’, in this case, a price calculator for a solar panel system/heat pump, was tailored with custom landing pages from the best-performing campaigns on both Meta and Google to ensure an even higher qualification percentage per lead.

In collaboration with EasyGreen, we have established an ambassador program for our post-purchase funnel. On average, we have a 50% conversion rate per ambassador lead (equivalent to +150,000 kr. per lead).

Email Marketing to the next level

We have been responsible for the complete setup of EasyGreen’s email marketing, including a deeply segmented winback flow, cross-sell flow across product ranges, and reporting of customer reports.
